I have an eclectic taste in music, enjoy films and the theatre. My favourite city is Venice and I would like to visit it again soon.
Animals are very important to me both domestic and wild. I'm also passionate about conservation in all aspects artworks,architecture, artifacts as well as the enviroment etc.
I'm a bit of an old hippy at heart and my friends describe me as weird but happy.
I believe that you should treat others as you would like to be treated yourself and do not like injustice in any form.
I am looking for someone who will become a friend first with the view of making it more romantic in the future.
I walk a lot and as a member of both English Heritage and The National Trust like to explore our landmarks.
My idea of a nightmare holiday is lying on a beach or by a pool surrounded by people drinking all day, give me wide open spaces any day with a glass of wine after an epic hike.

I would like to meet someone who loves animals and is willing to walk with me along the beach as well as along Hadrian's wall!
