About her
Happy to be single again, I have a lovely family, including two grown up children, some good friends, many hobbies, and am still working full time (thinking of winding down now). However, like most people here, I miss having a central relationship, someone to share the daily business of living, and the joys, pleasures and ups and downs of life.
Things I enjoy include visiting new places, esp historic cities and sites, galleries and museums, rural walks and the great outdoors. Also, classical concerts, film, theatre and opera. It would be great initially to meet someone who would like to join me at these activities. Always more fun with an interested companion!
Lots of indoor type interests, reading (19th c. novels, also biographies and history), various crafts, plus not very expert gardening, and am a keen cook and baker.
