I am told I am good natured, generous, and fun to be with. I like to keep myself presentable whatever the occasion. If you are interested in my profile, I am happy to invite you to see my photo, just please ask.
I have been widowed eight years, can look after myself and have no ‘baggage’. Life is for living, for making the most of retirement, getting out there and doing things. I do miss sharing experiences with someone special. That special person maybe you, so please say hello, you maybe my ideal partner, to share my hobbies, to share your hobbies with you introducing me to new things and people. It would also be great just enjoying a quite night in.
I like to get out into the countryside or coastal locations, also cities, to take notice of the wildlife and things around me. My main hobby is photography in the great outdoors. I am a member of the RPS, National Trust, RHS, RSPB, U3A. I belong to the RPS Digital Imaging and Wildlife Groups, also two camera clubs and participate in competitions and national salons.
I have driven miles to try different eating experiences at various restaurants but also enjoy cooking for a meal in. I especially enjoy having a fun time and a joke over dinner with friends and family, who are so very important. I go to shows, the theatre and have been going on holidays with friends and have several stays away booked for 2023.
I mainly listen to Classic FM radio, especially when on a journey somewhere. Dancing to 60 / 70’s music is good fun, but I am now a little rusty on ballroom dancing. I try to stay fit, but I am not into sports or visiting the gym. There is a lot of walking to do when out with my camera, also working in my garden helps keep me fit.
