I am British but spend a reasonable amount of time in the west of Ireland growing endangered trees at my small nursery.
I like to spend some time in France at least once a year..as I am fascinated by the culture in the Catalonian region..Nothing fancy mind you..air bnb suits me just fine
Oh yeah..you have to like Ireland....The land of Saints and Scholars
Healthy..as far as I know....I have not been to a Doctor for over 40 years and everything seems to work
My personal health tip: Go naked outside with bare feet on the grass for 15mins a day. Be still and just feel nature

So...here is the plan..We are going investigate the ancient myths and legends of Ireland and visit the sites. We will climb the Holy mountain here in Mayo. ( people of 90 climb it twice a week ) It is a fair old slog...but when you reach the top...it is Heaven..mind will be blown completely .....
Some climbers are barefoot and on crutches...and 90....!
We will also follow the Celtic trails in England Scotland and Wales..and tie in the importance of trees. ( Yes we were ancient forest dwellers..it is in our blood )
Then we will look into the Cathars and Templars in France/Spain and Italy...and make a connection to the Celts of Britain/Ireland..
We will document the whole thing and you tube it...........
Could take years....Nothing too posh....might have to rough it a bit sometimes..........but at least we will have French food and some nice wine,......and beaches.....
Da Vinci code sort of.. but even better....much better....
This is not boring history..this is a proper adventure...I also do gold panning.......You know nothing until you find your first speck of gold.....and then the fever kicks in....I do hope that you are a gold digger...because you can dig your own....
