About her
As I am writing in the sun, by a lake, a black dragonfly has landed on my cell phone. I will take this as a good omen as I see them as beautiful creatures that remind me of summer, of light and lightness.
I am more artsy than sporty, though I do enjoy long walks, swimming, paddle boarding and some bicycle riding.
I paint, watercolours, started when I retired in 2012. I just had my first solo show this year (2019), so exciting. I am involved in 2 art societies, which keep me fairly busy. I love going to music concerts, movies, museums and art galleries, here and wherever I am travelling, which is mainly in England. I love the country there, I feel at peace. There is nothing that brings me joy as much as an open sky, nothing to block the view.
I visited Norfolk last year and will be travelling to Suffolk next summer. I thought it would be nice to meet someone while travelling.
