I'll be brief. Much more later. Older guy in decent shape; excited about life. Still active in business; physically enthusiastic.... I am a usually considered a decent cook, which means I am skilled with my hands...practical kinda guy.
I am well-traveled, over educated, bookish but outgoing. Complicated but kind.
Happy fixing things, cooking things, and photographing things. I've got a long history of writing stuff in mainstream media and in academia; my main career has however been absolutely commercial (and reasonably successful).
I'm happy meandering the North Yorkshire Moors, or sitting on the docks in Singapore; enjoying opera in Sydney, or snorkeling in Hawaii. I'll eat pretty much anything at least once (no far, no eyeballs), though tend to eat vegan most of the time.
