I've been running a restaurant business for many years, but now have retired.
Love live music, the arts, cooking, eating, and getting together for nights out. A big fan of city tours, I particularly love Budapest, and I want a companion to share the travel experience to wherever takes our fancy...
I'm a member of the National Portrait Gallery and the Royal Academy, and I like to visit exhibitions.....also a member of the National Trust, which I like to support to help to preserve our wonderful national heritage...
I spent my early years in Kenya, and still dream about the wide open spaces. In my early twenties I spent a couple of years living and working in France, part of which was in Val d'Isére in the French Alps, and I learned to ski well, though I confess I haven't been skiing for a few years... need to remedy that !
