I’m still physically active but tend to stick to gentile sports
Swimming being a favourite especially in a blue idyllic sea 🏊♀️
I used to be a fitness instructor so keep myself reasonably active with yoga,Pilates, and soon tai chi
I’m a forever optimist and have a cup full attitude my friend say I’m a little picky but hey shouldn’t we all be?
I love my music mostly classical but 60s is a favourite
