Hello, first timer, (on this!), quiet sort of person who likes to talk. Love cooking, gardening and travel. Not liking clubs or big parties but do like a laugh. Am a bit of a binge watcher of Netflix/Amazon, but only in the evening.
I have recently semi-retired and am enjoying performing as a musician (woodwind) and finally getting round to teach myself cello, ear plugs recommended! Important information for you, I have recently settled in Brittany in France which may be a deal breaker I know but am loving the chilled out atmosphere here and strongly recommend it. I know it is a long shot but maybe there is somewhere out there with some adventure! very easy to get here, lots of ways to travel with cheap flights and only an hour drive from Plymouth ferry route once in France.

Obviously an ideal match would be someone who could accept me for who I am as I would them. I believe this would be clearly obvious on first meeting, if we clicked. I am not overly confident in myself but then who is, someone similar will understand this I would hope.
I am a traditional gentleman who opens doors for ladies but am also a man who respects a lady as a person in her own right and am the complete opposite to chauvinist. Respect, honesty and closeness are important to me, being able to walk hand in hand, to want and feel wanted is a great feeling which I long for in a person. Anyone there?
