About her
I am comfortable in my own skin, I have a lovely family and a great circle of friends, so I have a life I very much enjoy. However, I have begun to feel that it might be time to find someone to experience new things with. I love going to the theatre and stand up comedy gigs, travel, especially around the UK, and learning new things. I like museums, shopping and afternoon tea. I swim and occasionally tap dance (very badly!) and I sing in a Church choir. I have started tweaking my lifestyle in the last few years, and have become fitter and lost some weight, and although I still have work to do I am delighted that I am seeing positive results. I am equally happy in company and on my own, I love reading and cross stitch when eyesight allows ( I am fighting against bi-focal glasses, but I think I may have to cave soon!) I enjoy meeting people and going out, and I am keen to be involved in my community, so I am a helper at Guides and on the PCC at my local Church, among other things. Joining this service was a big step for me, but now I’ve decided to go for it, I’m very much looking forward to getting to know you.

I enjoy spending time with people who are confident in themselves. I appreciate kindness in all its forms, and like to be with people who have a sunny disposition and look on the bright side of life as I do. I like my friends to have hobbies that they are passionate about, and I am happy to learn about them too. I do not feel that you need to be with someone 24/7 to have a good relationship, so it would be nice if you had activities that you enjoyed. I am not sure that I can adequately quantify the things that make someone attractive, but laughter and kindness are definitely key.
