About her
My friends would probably describe me as a bit of a foodie, as any shopping expeditions very quickly transform into long lunches. I enjoy spending time in the kitchen; cooking, baking, trying out a variety of recipes and generally making a mess (I'm glad I have a dishwasher). When I'm not in the kitchen, or working in the day job, my main passion is painting landscapes, which I find incredibly relaxing.
I'm looking for someone who can primarily be a friend, as my situation is complex. I haven't been in a relationship for a number of years, as I provide care for a partner with a horrible degenerative disease. I guess I just would like to feel less alone.
I stay positive and my dog keeps me sane. Although I have a few pet hates, which are, a lack of respect, dishonesty and poor time keeping.
My outlook on life is, from the words of Monty Python, 'Always look on the bright side of life'...
