About her
To quote that 90's hit we all know and love because at our age I think life should be about dancing, fun and celebrating who we are and how far we have come - older, wiser and each of us gorgeous in our own unique way.
The Lockdown hair, casual style and the lack of an exciting background location shows how recent my photo is. I am just as happy in high heels and cashmere as I am in hiking boots and carrying a back pack. Give me a glass of champagne or a real ale and you can't go wrong with either. Fine dining or fish and chips, I have a real appreciation of both.
If I were a poem I would be a haiku. I am an honest, straight talking, down to earth kind of girl who loves the simple things in life. Nature, the outdoors, animals of any kind and wild, remote places. Calm in a crisis, and can roll with the changes life brings.
A walk, by the sea or up a fell preferably, having a meal cooked for me with a good wine, and lively conversation is my idea of heaven. The perfect date. When I'm not at my day job, my happy place is my shed at the end of the garden, (it's not just a man thing) working as an Illustrator/printmaker. Woodburner going, good tunes on the speaker, the dog snoozing in my favourite chair. Whilst I cherish a quiet night with a book or a good Scandi drama,
I'm also a bit of a social animal and I love a good party, especially if there's dancing. My outlook on life is to trust your gut and seize the moment. Honour, respect, and allowing each other to be themselves is my motto for any relationship, banter and a good old belly laugh the icing on the cake.

Above all, kind and honest, with an open, relaxed attitude to life in general. My ideal date would have good conversation, their own interests and lots to share over a meal at the end of the day. Someone who makes me laugh, smile or challenges my thinking is a must. Someone who is comfortable in their own skin, likes the finer things in life but is also able to dig in and don wellies as required. If they don't like to get their floor tiles mucky then they're not for me.
