About him
Thought it was about time to reenter the dating world. Like most of you I find it hard describing myself, but here goes.
In sum - I am hard working and fun loving in equal measure. I love to cook, to sing, to play the piano. Enjoy good dining, good company and a good vino.
What do I love - well I guess most of the things we lost in lockdown. Travel keeps me sane - I need to experience and explore different people and cultures and feel immensely grateful to have visited Crete and France in the last month. Increasingly feel more at home when not in the UK - LOL!
I love the theatre and concerts - when do the RFH and the Barbican properly reopen?! I play the piano to a decent level - in fact, used the lock down this year to go back to the technical basics and so I am pleased to have got back to a decent standard. Actually discovered the posthumous Chopin Nocturne (made famous by the The Pianist) and so pleased to be playing much more. I also sing - with the Oriana in London but also partial to a bit of musical theatre (hey I am a gay man after all). Super excited to have got tickets for the Eddie Redmayne Cabaret in the New Year.
I also love to cook - nothing gives me more pleasure than cooking a meal for loved friends and family. I am reasonably active and fit - I go to the gym regularly and for fun, I have rediscovered tennis - simply the best kind of exercise.
There's so much more but hoping I can meet someone who shares similar passions whilst also introducing me to new ones.

Someone who is hard working and fun loving in equal measure! Someone who can have a laugh but is fundamentally kind. Someone who loves to travel, enjoys the theatre and music and is happy and secure with life. But most importantly, someone who can challenge and inspire me in equal measure. Someone who can introduce me to their passions and who wants to share their wanderlust whilst also remaining independent and secure.
I guess it's true that I have fallen into co-dependent relationships in the past and they don't work for me. I want to share my life with someone but also believe that a degree of independence is always needed to keep the relationship fresh and alive.
I am hoping I can find my ideal match but also appreciate the need for humility, compromise and kindness.
