About him
Some people are old when they are born and others even in their old age are still young. I like to consider myself in the latter group and am determined to live the life of someone many years younger than my 'age' - which is after all just a number. Being retired means I can do what I want when I want and am inclined to do so at the drop of a hat. I consider myself the adventurous sort and will try anything once - except bungee jumping!
I like to spend time on my boat enjoying the sea, sun and relaxed atmosphere especially if there is some good company to share it with.
I enjoy good conversation, good food, good wine and mostly good company. Life is ttoo short to put up with the mediocre.

My ideal partner would be adventurous, willing to take a chance (I guess you would have to be to take a chance on me! - sorry AbbA!!) Have plenty of time to travel, enjoy sailing preferably, otherwise willing to learn, able to cook, but also willing to share the cooking.
Someone who can hold a conversation but also be able to listen.
At the end of the day someone who makes me feel alive as much as I do her.
