About her
I'm a former newspaper reporter and technical recruiter with Silicon Valley companies. A special interest in genealogy prompted me to visit relatives in the Loire Valley and find my great grandfather's village in the French Alps where my French family owns hotels. On the Italian side the family is from Basilicata near Naples and this trip I will take in the future. I have an international outlook since first visiting Europe in 1962 and have been to Paris three times.
East Coast, NYC metro (northern New Jersey) raised and college educated at (Boston U., URI and Brown) . I have lived in San Francisco Bay Area for 44 years.
Love the outdoors but not a camper or RVer. Foreign films and classical choral singing are hobbies. Favorite read is Chernow's "Hamilton". I fondly recall reading Russell Baker's auto bio, "Growing Up".
I was married to a high school sweetheart for 11 years long ago and have one adult daughter who lives in San Francisco and an ten year old half Tahitian grandson who is gorgeous.
