I'm into Qigong and Chinese medicine.. eat healthily..basically vegetarian.. Im light hearted and considerate..
Cant believe how kind people have been during the virus.. Love my friends and family, and life down here in Totnes. I like things artistic, and natural, like out door swimming.. but my first love is Qigong which I've studied for 15 years. I meditate daily and took up running last year; I wanted to be fit enough to do park run. I like folk music and Classical too.
I did psychology as a graduate and then studied Shiatsu for my Qi and personal development.. I had a busy professional practice... but only do it occasionally now I've moved to Devon..I seem to be more into Qigong at the minute.
And coffee!! my number one vice!

Ideally (and I am flexible) I'd love to meet a meditating vegetarian like me!! but I am really easy going and am into people, and am aware not everyone is into the same things.. someone with a good heart and bright vibes
