Well where do You Start? I am like a fine wine vintage!!! I’m being realistic, honest and open let’s face it the vast majority of men are not looking for a woman in her late 50s!! When I read most of the profiles on here most men my age want a younger, sleaker model… I get it !!!
But being vintage or classic as I prefer to describe myself, does however it’s Advantages. Firstly I am comfortable in my own skin, I’m self assured. I don’t have an extensive circle of friends… I have a small close knit group of genuine real friends. I am happy in my solitude, definitely not lonely but somethings are better shared.
I don’t know about soul mates? I used to think they existed but now I am not so sure.
I’m looking for someone similar to me. Hopefully start out as friends and see what happens. People talk about needing chemistry or an instant spark and I understand that honest I do. But sometimes I think that there may not be that instant click, but a slow burn that sunrises you and turns into a raging inferno!!!
A lot of men want someone slim and athletic. I don’t think I’d be your cup of tea…. I’m curvaceous and I’ve got all the right junk in all the right places.
I’m intelligent, educated to MSc level and have worked in the NHS for far too long!! But I love it and have found it to be very rewarding.
Friends would describe me as kind, caring and a good listener with a very cheeky sense of humour! I am very direct and I don’t suffer fools gladly. But if the right gentleman came along his care, compassion, respect and kindness would be reciprocated. I am faithful and loyal and believe in being straight with people. I am affectionate and tactile and love nothing more than cuddling up on the sofa and having a good old natter and a glass of wine.
I am an animal lover. my dogs are in my pic but I am allergic to cats. I love a walk in the countryside and getting my wellies muddy. Currently training for a charity half marathon for breast cancer
