About her
I am an artist who loves nature, colour and laughter. My tastes in music are eclectic and range from Alice Coltrane to Antonio Dvorak. My work as a creative wellbeing teacher over the last ten years has been inspiring as I really enjoy supporting others to be creative. I am passionate about social justice, ecology and creating a sustainable, peaceful and healthy lifestyle. I have recently completed training as a mindfulness teacher and am exploring the influence of mindfulness in my life as I shift towards a different chapter, spending more time immersed in my own creative writing and painting and in nature. I also love doing yoga, reading, and going to see films and art galleries. I enjoy walking, especially in beautiful countryside surrounded by trees or by the sea. The sound of running water is one of my favourite sounds as I love bodies of water - lakes, pools, seas, waterfalls, waves they all fascinate me. Learnt to bodysurf quite young and that is always exhilarating. Eating good food is important to me and as someone who has travelled a fair bit I particularly like to cook food from countries that I have loved spending time - particularly Mexican, Italian, Asian and English inspired food. I love learning and connecting with people but would love to share more closely with that someone special.

I would like to meet someone who has learnt about themselves, who feels comfortable in their own skin, who likes to talk but also is a good listener too. Someone who enjoys everyday life and adventures near and far. I think a sense of humour is one of the most important personal attributes for enjoying life so definitely one of those as I love to laugh. Someone who is tactile and kind.
I favour social justice, collectivity and green inspired politics so not compatible with someone who is politically very right wing or racially prejudiced.
