About her
I work hard but try to fit in lots of fun in my spare time. I’m passionate about anything to do with food/cooking/eating (work and home), galleries and museums, walking and being outdoors. Oh and music: I sing in a choir and go to lots of workshops and concerts. My happy places are on a windswept beach in Wales or Scotland (my birth country), or listening to some wonderful music on headphones. I like to think I’m pretty optimistic and energised - driven by being interested in (nearly) everything (maybe not golf or snooker ... or going on a cruise).
Was a housekeeper for a cat (until she disappeared recently) and have been a dog owner (terrier, border collie). Love Brussels sprouts but must be lightly cooked.
