About her
I have a bubbly personality, I laugh a lot and have a 'wicked' sense of humour - which sometimes gets me into trouble!! I am, however, a very caring person, and will always help out a friend if they need support. Family is very important to me, especially now I have grandchildren and I try to see them as often as possible. Having been a teacher I am a good listener and empathetic. I like to think I am intelligent, a good conversationalist, and enjoy a good discussion about politics or life in general. I'm young at heart, and like to keep up to date with fashion trends, and always dress with care. I used to play a variety of sports, which I thoroughly enjoyed, but nowadays I follow some keenly, especially tennis and cricket, watching either on TV or, if I'm lucky enough, live. I lead an active lifestyle, and like to keep fit by walking and having fun at 'Nifty Fifty Cricket!' My other interest is music, and I have sung in a variety of choirs and music groups. I enjoy listening to an eclectic range of music, from The Beatles or The Seekers to Tchaikovsky or Wagner or Gershwin. I enjoy reading, and I have played in a local Handbell Group for over 20 years, which I love. I am interested in the usual pastoral pastimes such as walking, (especially on a beach) pub quizzes, going to shows or concerts, the cinema and pub meals, but of course these would be much more enjoyable with a special someone. I try to live life to the full, by doing things that I enjoy, because none of us are getting any younger! But I really miss being in a loving relationship for the companionship, sharing of problems and of course 'hugs and cuddles!' I'm not afraid to admit that I love cuddles!!

I am looking for a kind, considerate and caring person, who will buy me flowers from time to time. They should also have some old fashioned values, such as opening my car or restaurant door for me.
