and she has us doing her patented “’Round-the-World Burpees”,

She’s smiling, laughing, giving us her “Whoop!!!”
My classmates are all sweating. Puffing. Laughing. Damn it.
Then, our wonderful tall long-haired blond Texas woman who is a professional cheerleading instructor, says, “Somebody spill water on the floor??” It was sweat, pooled on the studio’s hardwood.
I say: “Glad she is on the other side of the room!” Around me was a lake!
We all, in Insanity Extreme Yoga, laughed as one, in one spirit, one in joy.
