I’m a public sector Chartered professional, currently based at home. Looking to retire March 23. Listen to Classic FM most of the time!
I like sport, esp football, cricket, MotoGP and golf. I have a football season ticket (NFFC) and a motorcycle. I’m good at DIY and gardening, having applied more paint than a Forth Bridge worker in my time!
I have a dry sense of humour and some may say I'm quiet until you get to know me, I do have difficulty taking most things seriously I’m afraid. I have to speak in public for my job so I am a confident person.
I like sport and comedy/sit-coms, history/factual/architectural stuff on TV.
I can cook, not Gordon Blue but I can also make jam and marmalade.

I've just moved back to my roots in South Nottinghamshire.
I would like to meet someone who likes what they read above, is pretty, affectionate, relaxed about life, very honest and likes dogs, music and (ideally) sport. Must have a good, irreverent/daft, sense of humour, like laughing, like good food, real ale and good wine, but above all in the longer term must want to be loved, cherished and valued and can return the same. Walks, hug’s, holding hands, coffee stops, country pubs, nights in, restaurants, theatre/concerts, holiday’s etc.
Not too fussed about distance, probably unlikely to move a long way again due to family, but who knows...?
