About her
My friends say I am thoughtful, considerate, talkative, but also a good listener, inspired by intelligent conversation, open minded, concerned about the world's inequalities. I can be confident and outgoing, but also like time to myself, to read, make or listen to music, sing, draw/paint, walk, take photographs, process what I am experiencing. I enjoy good food and wine, and try to eat healthily, and enjoy cooking from scratch. I enjoy travel, mostly in Europe but have also been further afield. I enjoy other people's humour, unless its cruel, and can be funny myself at times. I enjoy telling stories. I read the i newspaper and sometimes the Guardian or the Times. I am still trying to make sense of the world, and my purpose here in this life. I want to enjoy life while I still can. My dislikes: Brexiteers, pomposity, lack of empathy, womanisers.
About her ideal match
My ideal match would be intelligent, an entertaining talker but also able to listen, humorous, with a broad outlook on life. He would have some spiritual awareness, i.e. not just concerned with material things. He would probably be well read, appreciative of music, art, architecture, nature, beautiful scenery, willing to travel (when we are allowed), courteous and considerate. He would be able to see the funny side of life. I would hope he might also want to enjoy life, ie go to concerts, art galleries, travel, enjoy a good meal out, walk in beautiful countryside, while we still can. If he is also attractive, that's a bonus, but at my time of life, I am not looking for Adonis (though, now I think of it, Lord Adonis would do nicely.... ). A deal breaker would be someone who wants to string along with several women at once.
