Well it is Lockdown 3, the hair is losing its shape, my nails are in desperate need of attention and I have spent far too much time on my phone and discovering the delights of TikTok (but to be fair, I have learned a number of useful tips..). Is now really a good time for online dating?
I know it can work, and am both a hopeless optimist and romantic, so if you can put in time crafting witty and flirty messages, don't object to Zoom or WhatsApp video calls, then let's connect, (but txt me first as I will need time to put my pouty lipstick on before turning the camera on🙂 )
I usually travel a lot with work, notched up over 40 countries so far, and lived in the Middle East for 8 years. I still enjoy traveling for pleasure.
I enjoy current affairs, history and the Arts (am Friend of the RA and The Tate) - looking forward to getting back into the galleries again. theatre, good food and wine. Until then, a walk in the park and a cup of coffee on a bench is all we can look forward to in the short term I guess.
I am in control of my working pattern and get a buzz from working with creative and innovative people, but I think it is important to balance work with time with friends , family and time with my young granddaughter is important to me.
