About her
I am a contented, down to earth person with a positive attitude. Being retired I now have time to pursue my own interests and activities which brings such a smile to my face and is well worth getting out of bed for each morning. I am fortunate to have good health and therefore lead an active life. Walking, particularly along the coast or up in the hills gives me great pleasure, as does traveling and exploring new destinations along with revisiting loved and familiar ones. I swim quite regularly, cycle occasionally and used to love to sail along this remarkable East Coast.
Going to exhibitions, the theatre, concerts and to see a good film takes me away from the mundane. Such activities give me something to mull over and discuss, occasionally igniting an idea for me to explore. My main interest is in creating my own art work which in itself creates purpose, challenges, often frustration but also overwhelming enjoyment.
I am fortunate to have both good friends and a loving supportive family. In live in Suffolk but have family and friends in the North East, Cheshire and London along with deep connections to Scotland. I would, therefore, be open to meeting someone either locally or further afield.

Learning constantly each other’s ways.
In serious times shoulder each other’s woes,
Motivate, Challenge: keeping us both on our toes.
