My friends would probably describe me as kind, funny, endearing and fiercely loyal about those I care about.
I'm a professional writer (copywriter and scriptwriter), so an ideas and words person. Ideally, my special someone would probably be a fellow creative, or understands how the creative mind ticks.
I could say the usual about hobbies and interests (good food/being out in nature/culture vulture/trips out to National Trust properties/any travel which is further than my local shops). But perhaps the easiest way to give you a flavour of what I'm about is to include a list of what I did today:
1. Conversation and cake outside in my friend's garden
2. Jazz dance class over Zoom, while avoiding furniture
3. Recovered with dark chocolate and fruit
4. Finished off my screenwriting homework (phew!)
5. Cleaned out the bird feeder

Who shares similar values to me about treating people with decency and taking care of the natural world. As I'm a Buddhist, it may help if that special someone is interested in spirituality.
As the world opens up after lockdown, it would be great to meet someone who enjoys going out to cafes, restaurants and being out in nature. Walks. I might even dust down my bike. Day trips to historic or interesting places. Theatre. Independent cinema, art galleries ... you get the idea.
