About her
Apparently I can be quite funny, I am generally a kind, thoughtful, reflective person but alongside that can be quite loud, love singing, and am always up for a debate.
I'm definitely an affectionate tactile person - I love holding hands, cuddles etc.
I am a Guide Leader and this is very important to me - we go camping every year so its a case of love me love my guiding life too
I volunteer at a local animal sanctuary every week which is a slice of harmony, peace (plus poo) and is somewhere I find a lot of joy.
I live a fairly quiet life - I love home cooking, the movies, the odd concert here or there - the last performance I attended was in Marborough College Chapel and was of Holst's Planets Suite and other space-related pieces.
I am an alto although I haven't sung in a choir for a while and I have a clarinet in a cupboard of which I am a very rusty player. Mind you I am just as likely to be heard belting out Fleetwood mac in the car at the top of my voice!
I have been lucky enough in the past to travel overseas a lot and this isn't massively high on my wish list at the moment - Id rather get a motorhome and travel Cornwall or Wales or Scotland I think
My outlook? I'm after a drama-free existence, I will fight for what I believe it and defend those who cant - I love to laugh loud and long and will encourage and support you so you can achieve your goals.
I love my job but it doesn't consume me and I work part-time which means a long weekend is always an option.
I don't sweat the small stuff and I don't care if you leave the toilet seat up - nor am I bothered if you want to watch the footie but equally I'd like it that you are cool with me watching the Sewing Bee - you don't have to like all those things - but you do have to accept them in me - as I will you
