I love reading. Always have at least one book on the go. Read anything really but especially love historical novels. I find I can totally lose myself in a good novel.
I also enjoy walking. Try to walk for at least on hour each day (to the shops and back) great that the shops are now open again. If I can get a coffee and cake once there all the better.
I would say I'm a glass half full sort of person and will always try and keep positive, although it has been rather difficult over the past year.
About her ideal match
I would ideally like to meet someone kind and considerate with a good sense of humour. A sense of humour being important. (Although I suppose everybody would like to meet someone like this).
I'm not a great sporting person but can see that many people really enjoy watching sport. Now that I have retired and have more time, I would love to go to a cricket or football match just to see what I have been missing. The person taking me would have to be really patient. This is where a good sense of humour would come in useful.
Have really missed not being able to go to Italy because of Covid and have nobody to speak Italian with, so if there is an Italian speaker out there I would be really glad to meet you.
