I am a Church of Scotland Parish Minister. American by birth, I moved to Scotland in 2009 and have settled here for as long as the authorities will allow. I have learned the joy of travel and have visited several countries with more on the list.
I am a pet lover -- currently live with two miniature long-hair dachshunds, but am open to more. Reading and gardening are two favourite activities, along with a recently renewed interest in cooking and baking.
I tend to look for the positive aspect in any situation -- you may hear me say, "On the upside..." frequently. However, I can sit quietly with people who are experiencing hardship and grief.
About her ideal match
I am looking for someone who is confident in himself enough to deal with a relationship with a woman who is a leader. I am not arrogant and bossy, but I do have the skills to lead a group of people.
In an ideal world, he would have faith -- whether Christian or other. Someone who understands faith would be preferable.
A rugby fan would be quite pleasing...especially a Scotland follower
