About him
I have collected an enormous library (4000 item) of scores/parts for chamber music, for piano duet, and of late-Romantic vocal literature that I'd like to share. To facilitate this, I own a very fine Bluethner "semi" concert grand (7' 8") which I prefer to place in a quasi-public place with reverberant acoustics. Additionally, I am a capable handyman (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, automotive). I own a reliable van with which I love to explore obscure places where one might picnic. Architecture, especially that of people such as H.H. Richardson, Louis H. Sullivan, F.Ll. Wright and their followers is of great interest to me, and I love restoration work. As an atheist (NOT of the soap-box variety) I would not do well with an avidly religious partner.
About his ideal match
Ideally, a woman who is either an instrumentalist or a vocalist, with whom I could make music (I'm a pianist). I admire a short, plump woman, though that is not a sine qua non. As noted above, because I am an atheist, I would not do well with an avidly practicing religious person. I have no objection to having a relationship with a disabled/crippled person for whom I could be of service. An education that enables the correct and expressive use of language is very important to me. Politically I lean rather strongly to the left, so Trumpers need not apply. I love to read to someone.
