I would describe myself as a happy, upbeat and generally positive person who likes to make every day count.
I take pride in my appearance and keep fit playing netball, badminton and walking. I have just started having tennis lessons and have joined a local club. I like baking and cooking and have been on a few cookery courses. I would love to do more.
For holidays I enjoy city breaks, where you can combine sightseeing with sitting in a café watching the world go by. I'm not a massive fan of beach holidays but do enjoy some relaxation in the sun if combined with a bit of culture.
For nights out, I like going to the cinema, theatre or concerts, I enjoy all sorts of music and I do like to dress up for a nice dinner for a special occasion. Other than that, I’m just as happy with a nice lunch out or coffee and cake following a walk but value easy time at home just as much.
I have a decent job which thankfully comes with no stress and this gives me a good work/life balance. I have a lovely family and some special long-time friends, but I miss sharing my life with one special person who I can chat to about everything the day brings, who I can share simple times with, brighten each other’s lives and who completes the circle of an otherwise good life.
I have a nurturing nature and love to take care of those around me, I miss having a partner who I can make feel special (and who can make me feel special in return).
