I am a likeable and interesting person, at least I think so! I have lots of interests so hardly with mentioning them here. I am still working though I don't have to. I have an optimistic outlook though it is under strain sometimes.

A good personality though I know that is a cliche. A woman with interests though does not really matter what they are. Only one deal breaker for me is must be a non-smoker.

I am pleased to be able to offer a few lines about Alistair. I have known him for over 15 years. He has been a loyal and interesting friend and our relationship has developed strongly over the years.
We see each other regularly and I am always impressed by his wit, his knowledge and his breadth of interests.
He felt the passing of his wife, Ellen very keenly, but now after 18 months, he is ready to get to know some female company again.
I see that he has indicated that he has Spanish as a second language. His proficiency is like mine, rather basic. We were once in Seville and at the end of a tapas meal he said that he would sort out the bill. He went up to the bar and I heard him reciting what we had consumed, chorizo, patatas bravas, olives etc etc.
He returned to our table having, he thought concluded arrangements when everything he had mentioned was once again brought to our table. Whilst Alistair had thought he was listing everything for payment, the waiter thought it was a request for the same again. So we had to keep going & left the bar rather replete!
