About her
Warm, intelligent, curious, sociable, left-leaning, retired civil servant/minister, moved to Glasgow from England a few years ago, looking for a companion to explore everything Scotland has to offer - in fact, everything life has to offer. I play a lot of croquet, mainly in the summer (who even knew there Glasgow had a croquet club?), and try to walk in the winter, alongside reading, writing (mainly sermons if I’m honest) and meeting friends,but I’m very open to trying new things.

I hope that you’re intelligent, tolerant, warm, relaxed and curious. A love of words as well as music would be good. Would you like to try croquet? You might be surprised (I was). Away from the croquet lawn, one perfect day might be a walk by the sea or in the hills followed by a meal in a tucked away hotel with amazing local food, or a city day exploring architecture and galleries - also with a good meal and maybe a theatre or concert. Maybe voluntary work or a project together? Or just relaxing at home with books, music and a local walk. And the cat - you do need to like cats!
