Most of my holidays the last few years have been in a motorhome travelling abroad and I've loved that life, especially when in Greece. But don't get me wrong, I do love being spoiled on a hotel holiday abroad.
I enjoy cosy country pubs, dining out, holidays and walking my dogs, though both myself and my dogs can't walk for miles any more as we're all slowing down. 😂. I don't enjoy cooking for 1, but I am a good
cook according to my friends. I'm a 60s girl, I love the Stones, Kinks, Leonard Cohen and classical music, and my favourite radio stations are Gold, Smooth and Classic FM. I'm very close to my son & daughter & my grandchildren I would like to meet someone who is family orientated too. I don't like swearing, loads of tattoos or piercings but I don't mind if you're a bit cuddly, I prefer that to being too thin and of course you will be a true gentleman! I love reading, especially psychological thrillers and history. I'm really interested in history especially the Tudor period and I love exploring old castles and houses with lots of history. I just want to meet someone to enjoy sharing things with and we can pretend we are teenagers again, albeit recycled! I would just like to say that there are a lot of very old looking 62/63 year old men on this site, so I think there may be a few untruths being told! Hence the reason for my headline. All my photos are from 2021, some taken in July and the others in Dec. I'm 71 but have been told I don't look or act it, so I could have lied about my age, but what's the point, if you're going on a date and you turn up looking a lot older than your photos it will be a walk back to the car for me. Just saying!

I'm looking for someone easy going, who doesn't like arguing and is laid back, though not to the point where they fall over! I'm very tactile so would love that in return. Who doesn't want that looking into each others eyes and a little squeeze of the hand and a kiss.
Initially I just would like a good friend but who knows where it may lead, I'm not particularly looking for marriage just someone to care for, who cares for me. Remember that lovely feeling when you wake up in the morning and have butterflies in your tummy because you've met someone who makes you feel so special and you can't wait to see them, that's what I want.
I'm a non smoker and could not be with anyone who smokes. I'm 5 7, so need a tall man! I'm not superfit but walk a lot with my dogs tho our walks have become shorter over the years as my oldest dog is nearly 14 so he can't walk miles like we used to, so I'm not looking for a superfit man who is always active, I'm happy walking, but I can't ride a bike as I never had one as a child. I love driving and often drive up to West Yorkshire to visit friends and family as I'm originally a Yorkshire lass.
