My friends would probably describe me as quite laid back and easy going with a rather dry sense of humour. I enjoy playing golf and keeping fit at the gym, also the occasional hike in the hills. Relaxing is important too, watching TV or a stroll in the local countryside. A good range of interests and like to keep up with current affairs, however depressing at the moment. Love to get away abroad as often as I can, city breaks or by the sea with places to explore rather than lying on the sunbed all day. I often get the comment that I look quite a lot younger than my age, I say they probably need new glasses! Semi retired now so more time to devote to my pastimes and new adventures.

My ideal match would be someone with similar traits and interests as myself who is active and likes to keep in good shape. A caring, compassionate nature and good communicator. Definitely not a smoker and not a dog lover sorry although might be able to cope with a small quiet one!
