About him
In 2011 I suffered a brain haemorrhage and stroke which gave me a left side paralysis. My hand and arm don't work and I can't walk properly. Prior to that I was Principal Double Bass with the Warwickshire Symphony Orchestra but had to give that up because of the stroke. I now want to get back into serious music making, I quite fancy trying my hand at conducting, but my problem is how to find an orchestra willing to risk an inexperienced novice.
