I would describe myself as natural and fun, hardworking and practical.
I love so many things - I guess that I'm a bit of a Jack-of-all-interests: hiking and walking, music ( I play piano and violin), theatre and concerts, classical and folk music, gardening, visiting historic properties, DIY, crafts, reading, quizzes, dancing ( I'd love to learn ballroom or CIROC), archery, painting and exploring new places. I live between Dartmoor and the coast but love getting away to the Peaks, Lakes and Scotland for some hill walking. Unfortunately, I haven't had much opportunity to travel but this is definitely something that I'd like to do more. That said, this little isle has so much to offer and there are many corners that I haven't explored yet.
I can't say that I'm an adrenaline junkie but I'm quite active and would like to be more so.
I am mother to two grown up boys who are now forging their own lives and having brought them up alone for the majority of their childhood, I now find that I can think of myself and am looking for a special someone to share life with.
I have a super network of friends around me but would love to meet someone to put at the centre of my world and who will in return, keep me at the centre of theirs.

I would love to meet someone loving and kind to laugh with and share future adventures with. To share some interests would be lovely but I don't think that we necessarily have to share everything and I'd be a very interested supporter if you were really into base jumping or diving!
Unfortunately, I am allergic to dogs which I'm really sorry about.
