My friends would describe me as kind and caring.
I love the outdoor life, nature and wildlife, gardening, learning French, painting, music of all kinds, world cinema, eating out and of course spending time with my family.
For relaxation I do yoga regularly.
My outlook in life is to treat people how you would want to be treated. I am a 'glass half full' type of person, and think I have a positive outlook on life.
I have recently been told that I have arthritis. I try not to let that stop me from doing the things that I love to do.
