I love nature, wildlife, the sea, the night sky. I thrive on exploring the beauty in which we live. I enjoy swimming, walking, cycling, music, dance and PEACE.
I recently went on a local foraging workshop which has opened another dimension to this amazing world we live in.
I try to maintain a work life balance which enables me to focus on the pleasurable and purposeful aspects in life as well as the practical.
