About him
Musician with optimism, looking to share life’s pleasures and enrich life further. I am a down to earth guy who dresses smartly when required, but equally at home in jeans and t-shirt. I try to keep fit look after myself and appear younger than age (apparently) aiming for that George Clooney look as salt n’ pepper hair style takes over. I am willing to compromise in all aspects of living as relationships require this to succeed. I am open minded, trustworthy and loyal, definitely not boring and will try anything (legal). I keep fit through regular swimming.
Spent 22-years in the army and was a Bandmaster. Then, qualified as a teacher and spent 14-years as Director of Music in state secondary school. Now semi-retired, whilst doing supply work and private instrumental teaching (flute/piano). I dislike lazy, untidy people and am attracted by intelligence over looks, although attraction is obviously essential. A nice smile and your own teeth would help!
My days in the services means I can iron, and clean to a good standard. Cooking, when I have to, supported by glass of red.

Searching for a lady with a similar outlook to life; preferably a music lover and maybe a musician yourself. I am put off by profile pics showing dogs as I know who will be first in that relationship! I love other peoples dogs and love animals in general (particularly cats) I just don’t want to share a bed with a canine, however cute!
