Life’s for living. I’m recently retired and now it’s me time, following my interests like travelling, cycling, watching sports, photography, reading, listening to music, learning about art…and anything that catches my attention really. Politically centre- left, can’t stand extremists of any type. I’m honest and loyal, with a tendency to put my foot in it unintentionally; don’t like liars and manipulators. Can be lazy. Divorced many years ago, fine alone but I prefer sharing, never did find that soulmate but a good reliable male partner would be nice. I was an engineer. I’ve been called an adrenaline junkie, though not so much these days; I’d still rather do something exciting than sit on a beach.

Not boring. Someone who keeps their word. Same intellectual level as me, doesn’t matter what profession, but must think for themselves. Decent morals, truth and honesty are important, similar politically. Taller than me please, not a heavy drinker or smoker. Prefer someone who looks after themselves, stays reasonably fit. Evenings out cinemas, live music, casual dinner, the pub. I enjoy cycling, just gently these days, so it would be good to share that. And getting out into beautiful countryside.
