About her
Well first I am fully aware that we all, without exception, have ‘baggage’, our emotional history, our traumas, trials and tribulations. No apologies - it’s life. How we choose to move forward into a new relationship is what’s important now… so here goes - and ask me to share my pics if you’re still reading at the end of this!
I am a fun loving creative, micro business owner, mother of 4 grown up kids and I am warm, friendly, relaxed and confident. I like to have a good old laugh - don’t we all?.. and a nice slice of cake every now and again.
I don’t follow the crowd or the recipe, am curious and adventurous and irritatingly might be tempted by a more interesting and challenging path than the easiest way.
An off the beaten track sort of person, leaning left of centre, independent, can-do attitude and not afraid to ask for help or offer help when it’s needed.
Am tactile, empathetic - can chat and listen in equal measures - sometimes a dreamer, most times a realist, far from perfect, annoyingly useless with technology, annoyingly repeat myself, don’t slurp my tea, can throw a pot, paint a landscape, win hands down at scrabble, may get lost despite satnav, not afraid of heights (smutty joke not intended), don’t get sea sick, don’t slurp my tea (😉).
Am reasonably fit and healthy, live a stress free life, am young at heart and happy in my naturally aging skin. I try to keep my carbon footprint low, grow veg, have fun, get messy and creative, love and be loved and show gratitude every day for the beauty I am surrounded by here in Devon. 🫶🏼
Can internet dating result in a romantic relationship with a like minded other?
Mutual respect, compassion, good communication, honesty and integrity are key don’t you think ?
Without these I think ticking boxes is immaterial. And with these and a bit of luck, who knows what treasures can be discovered.
