About him
Youthful, easy going, tea drinking male with an alleged sense of humour seeks similar ('cept the male bit...) Coffee drinkers also welcome. Originally from the North-East and never quite lost the accent - even after 30 years.
As far as pastimes go, I enjoy trying to get outdoors everyday for a decent walk. Cycling is also an option; though mainly for fun - despite the Lycra. (Those padded shorts are so comfy...) Whilst indoors, I'm trying to learn the piano, something I probably should have started 30 years earlier, though you are never too old apparently. I'm still not convinced that I have enough fingers / coordination, though I do enjoy it and try to squeeze in an hour a day.
I'm also a motorcyclist, though it's not a mid-life crisis or a death wish - it is something I've enjoyed since my twenties - and it's been useful for commuting on occasion.
I love skiing - also not part of a death wish. So that would be an ideal winter holiday. I do enjoy travelling, though don't have a bucket list of countries to tick off unlike some. Working abroad many years ago has left me less keen on long haul flights. Summer holidays - maybe somwhere off the beaten track with something to occupy me like walking / the sea or a pool. Lying on a sunbed turning crimson is just not me.

Easy going, fun, independent, easy to talk to, also possessing a sense of humour, and who has also realised that - waiting for fate to strike in the middle of a grocery aisle - is unlikely to work, and could lead to frostbite if standing by the fresh mince :-)
Enjoys a walk, happy both indoors and outside. Has own interests.
Enjoying conversation would also be good. It doesn't have to be controversial, politically charged or trying to put the world to rights, just a good natter.
Aside from that, not being tattooed from head to foot and definitely being a non-smoker, I'm keeping the "ideal match" part fairly open. :-)
