Sshh, keep it quiet, I don't often listen to Classic FM! But I have eclectic musical tastes (from Bach to Burt Bacharach, Debussy to Miles Davis). I am a musicologist and (rusty) pianist. I write academic books on music, but more importantly I am a quietly spoken, gently humorous, physically active man who lives with his three beautiful teenage children and a crazy spaniel.
