Sense of humour (you’ll need one to deal with me.). I’m crazy but Reliable, Honest, Caring given a chance. I like photography, driving, and family. I write books no-one reads. Music - from Rachmaninov and Ravel to Bowie, jazz and Genesis via Daryl Hall and Santana. I like movies, my favourites are often the older ones. I walk - not too far (!). I like the countryside but have no-one to share it with. I complain every day about how rubbish governments are, I’m very concerned for the future for my granddaughter, but overall I’m an optimist and I believe in people before profits.

I’m no dreamboat and I don’t expect perfection in a partner. But I’m an idealist so would be better rooted to reality by a sensible lady! (Who can still be fun, though.) Compromise and caring make a relationship work. I can do that - hope to find someone similar. I talk a lot - so you’ll want to be good at shutting me up. But I think you’ll enjoy life and want the same of me. Mainly - I think the world is crackers, I have a sense of humour and you will need one too. I love family, but daughters and sons can only go so far, I’d like to meet someone I can cuddle up to. It’s been a while.
