About her
I am a personable, affectionate, sensitive and articulate woman. My pleasures include concerts, arthouse and foreign films (in the Filmhouse in Edinburgh), country walks, conversation and laughter with friends. I enjoy time spent with my 5-year-old great niece, sunsets in summer and dawns in winter, an occasional visit to a gallery and my own craft work. I like baking and cooking... within reason. Important to me is developing a spiritual way of seeing and experiencing the world. My concerns include the climate crisis; pollution; the degradation of the living soil; the intrusion of technology into the early years of childhood.
I am an open and friendly woman who has worked in Sweden and Canada. I founded and ran a community garden in Fife for 10 years... after I had retired. I have known illness and have compassion for others.
