My love for exploring my new home area has been amazing and humbling, but without someone to share it all with, my adventures sometimes feel quite hollow. My adult children have all moved on in their lives, so my time is now open for anything and everything. As a teacher, I enjoy honest and curious discussions; I'm always trying to learn all I can about the world around me. I was formerly a competitive athlete, but now I only play for the enjoyment of it. I'm often away on hiking and exploring trips, and enjoy simple photography.
