I’m a fun loving woman who enjoys living life to the full. I enjoy running, swimming, walking in the countryside, nature, the outdoors. I love to explore, experiment and have an open mind.
I am semi retired and have reached a point in my life where I can really start to live each day to the full. My children have flown the nest and are happy and settled, and I don't have any other family, so my time is my own to enjoy in which ever way takes my fancy! I love travelling and have quite a long list of places I'd like to visit. Experiences such as seeing the Northern Lights and experiencing the remote and rugged beauty of places such as the Hebrides would be dream holidays for me. I like to do my own thing and experience the true, authenticity of wherever I happen to be. I prefer to be off the beaten track.
Life is too short for missed opportunities, so I tend to grab them while I can and be optimistic about the outcome. Regretting what we didn't do is very sad and I'd like to avoid that if possible.The excitement and anticipation of a new experience with a like minded person is what I enjoy most.
If I had to describe how people would describe me, my friends and family would say I am generous, kind, caring, have a great sense of humour. A jolly hard worker, with determination and a knack of finding a way around any problem.
I love my garden and tend to be found in there most days in my scruffs and wellies, but I love getting dressed up in one of my ultra feminine dresses and heels for a nice night out.

I love the company of people who have a real zest for life and just want to be happy, have fun and enjoy what this amazing life can offer. When not travelling, I do like to relax, preferably in the company of a lovely. like minded person who is tactile, affectionate, not afraid of PDA, is romantic and enjoys holding hands, hugging and very long kisses. A glass of wine together whilst watching the sunset in the garden, followed by a good film, a good chat or just listening to music would be lovely, whilst cuddling up together in front of a log fire.
