I live on my own and have four married children. I'm a dog lover (but don't feel the same way about cats). I read a lot - fiction and non fiction. I love classical music but also like 60s pop. I don't watch much TV except the news and documentaries. I'm a practical person who likes to do things myself rather than employing somebody else. I drive a car. I live in my own house in a very pleasant area. I like intelligent conversation and don't have fixed views (with the exception of atheism). I'm always interested to hear the views and opinions of others, even if they differ from mine. I take each day as it comes but make the most of it -I like to be using my time productively. I also like to be out of doors and being active -walking, gardening etc. My normal waking hours are 8am-midnight. I'm quite happy to be involved just by phone.
