Noble of brow and straight of back are but two of the things that I cannot, in all honesty, recall friends having said about me. No doubt there are others things that they have not said.
I am interested in lots of things. Lots and lots of things. Many too obscure to mention - and I collect books about them. Lots and lots of books.
You may, by now, have formed an impression of a studious hermit, but I am neither a hermit nor crabby. Indeed, I am one who believes in greeting the World with a smile, a song and some interesting cheese.

Having been flippant in my own description, perhaps I should take this more seriously. There's more to a person than a checklist, although sites such as this trap one into it. I suppose that the one essential is a sense of curiosity; the urge to learn new things and try new experiences.
